Abstract |
Standards of performance for the control of VOC emissions from the polymeric coating of supporting substrates are being promulgated under the authority of Section 111 of the Clean Air Act. These standards apply to all new, modified, or reconstructed polymeric coating lines using at least 95 mg/yr of VOC per year in the production of polymeric-coated supporting substrates. This document contains a detailed summary of the public comments on the proposed standards (52 FR 15906), responses to these comments, and a summary of the changes to the proposed standards. |
