| Abstract |
Standards of performance for the control of VOC emissions from the polymeric coating of supporting substrates are being proposed under the authority of Section III of the Clean Air Act. These standards would apply to all new, modified, or reconstructed polymeric coating lines using at least 110 cubic meters of solvent per year in the production of polymeric-coating supporting substrates. The document contains background information and environmental and economic impact assessments of the regulatory alternatives considered in developing the proposed standards. |
