| Abstract |
The legislative materials utilized for this review were obtained in response to a questionnaire distributed in the early part of 1956 by the Air Pollution Control Association in connection with the preparation of a 'Directory of Smoke and Air Pollution Control Agencies.' The air pollution legislation of 110 cities forms the basis of this review. In addition, certain aspects of air pollution legislation in seven states are briefly presented. |
