| Abstract |
The purpose of this guide is to recommend air quality modeling techniques that may be applied to air pollution control strategy evaluation and to new source reviews, including prevention of significant deterioration. This guide makes specific recommendations concerning air quality models, data bases and general requirements for concentration estimates. These should be followed in all evaluations relative to State Implementation Plan (SIPs). If the recommended model is not applicable to a particular situation then other alternatives that may be used are noted. |
