Abstract
The purpose of the guidance is to promote the appropriate use of ground-water models in EPA's waste management programs. The Framework provides guidance for planning and evaluating ground-water flow and advective transport model applications. The set of criteria helps guide current or future modeling by assessing modeling activities, thought processes, and documentation needs. It is intended for EPA technical support staff and remedial project managers, as well as program managers and contractors who support EPA's waste management program.
