Abstract
An updated version of the Ozone Isopleth Plotting Program has been developed for use with EKMA to calculate emission reductions needed to achieve the air quality standard for ozone. The program, called OZIPM-IV (Ozone Isopleth Plotting with Optional Mechanisms - Version IV), contains the new Carbon-Bond Mechanism-IV (CBM-IV). In addition to containing a new mechanism, the OZIPM-IV expands on earlier versions of the code by providing a wider compatibility between computers, an improved isopleth plotting package, expanded user interaction with control strategy calculations and a new option for determining credits for reductions in carbon monoxide emissions. Volume 1 of the report serves as the User's Manual for OZIPM-IV. Volume 2 contains the listing of the FORTRAN computer code.
