| Abstract | The purposes of the investigation were to determine the extent and types of pollution, to review existing laws, to evaluate the sanitary quality of irrigation waters, to make recommendations regarding minimum stream flows, to evaluate sanitary quality of water for municipal requirements and other public uses, to estimate possible benefits of reservoir releases in improving water quality, and to make recommendations for pollution abatement. |
