The three specific objectives of the supplement are to (1) assess in more detail the primary impacts associated with the construction and operation of the proposed wastewater effluent export pipeline; (2) present the mitigation measures that have been adopted; and (3) present an environmental impact assessment of additional wastewater management alternatives.
