| Abstract | This report's assessment of the scientific and technical knowledge about the effects of Kepone, Mirex, and Hex as environmental pollutants is based primarily on two literature surveys prepared for EPA's Office of Research and Development by Battelle Columbus Laboratories and the Stanford Research Institute. The Principal findings and research needs arising from the Panel's assessment are summarized. Documentation for the findings can be found in the body of the report as noted parenthetically after each finding. The list of research needs identifies areas where more knowledge is needed before a truly comprehensive assessment of the effects of Kepone, mirex, and hex can be made. |
