| Contents Notes | v. 1. Report -- v. 2. Appendix. The purpose of this project is to provide data in support of the Oil Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasures (SPCC) program in Region IX. An aerial photographic reconnaissance of oil refineries, distribution and bulk oil storage facilities in the north San Francisco Bay area was conducted at the request of the Surveillance and Analysis Division, Region IX. Included in this reconnaissance were several chemical production and distribution facilities. The Overflights took place on Oct. 4 and Oct. 5, 1976, and covered the bay shore area from Richmond to Antioch. |
