Abstract
In recent years, ground stereophotogrammetric methods of investigation have been used extensively in the national economy. The extensive use of ground stereophotogrammetric recording is explained by many of the advantages it alone possesses with respect to many other methods. One of its principal advantages is the fact that photographic images may be used for highly accurate measurements of the coordinates of an object in three-dimensional space. The photographic method also makes it possible to determine the effect of short-term processes and to break down complex ones into individual phases.
