| Abstract |
This Record of Decision (ROD) presents the selected remedial action for the McColl Superfund site in Fullerton, California. This ROD selects a remedy for the source soils operable unit, addressing the waste and the contaminated surrounding soils. (Groundwater issues will be addressed in a later operable unit ROD.) The selected remedy will involve solidification of all soft material in each sump above the char/soft material interface. |
