| Contents Notes | v. 1. Report -- v. 2. Appendix. The purpose of this project is to provide data in support of the Oil Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasures (SPCC) program in Region IX. An aerial photographic reconnaissance of bulk oil storage and distribution facilities in the south San Francisco Bay area was conducted at the request of the Surveillance and Analysis Division, Region IX. This is the third report which cover the refining, distribution and storage facilities of the San Francisco Bay area. Four small unidentified storage sites were also included in this reconnaissance. Color aerial photography of the bayshore areas of Alameda, San Mateo, and Santa Clara counties was acquired on November 26 and December 9, 1976. |
