| Abstract |
This notice addresses product labeling statements for currently registered uses of soil treatment termiticide products. The labeling statements addressed by the notice include labeling statements regarding environmental hazards, exposure information for construction corkers, retreatment, and use directions. In addition, this notice addresses questions about minimum product performance and application at less than labeled rates. Lastly, the Agency is announcing a new procedure for submission of new termiticide registration applications and significant amendments to current termiticide registrations that will ensure coordination with the Association of Structural Pest Control Regulatory Officials (ASPCRO). |
