Abstract
The Director, Water Management Division, of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Region II (the 'Director') has prepared a draft permit modification incorporating changes in the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) general permit (PRR000000) for storm water discharges associated with industrial activity (except discharges from construction activity) located in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. The notice requests comments on proposed changes to existing monitoring frequency and reporting requirements, certain permit format/organization changes, sampling protocol and corrections to Pollution Prevention Plan deadlines.
