Abstract |
All thirteen fractions were administered at a dose level of 1.0 ml/kg; each liquid was diluted 10% in corn oil for mice and used undiluted for rats. Comparable volumes of plain corn oil (mice) or water (rats) constituted the negative controls. Triethylenephosphoramide (TEPA) at a dose of 07 mg/kg for mice and triethylenemelamine (TEM) at a dose of 0.25 mg/kg for rats served at the positive controls. |
