| Abstract |
The report presents the results of a project to map current fishing practice areas in the Albermarle-Pamlico estuarine system, with the purposes of identifying major finfishing and shellfishing practices, describing gear used in these practices, identifying equipment and harvest restrictions currently in force to manage these practices, and using the Geographic Information System for further analysis and management action by Stage agencies. |
