Abstract
The report estimates the emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOC) and photochemically reactive organic compounds (PROC) released from the use of consumer products in the States of California and New Jersey, and the New York metropolitan area. The report describes the data sources and methodologies that were used to estimate VOC and PROC emissions from consumer products, and presents emission estimates broken down by consumer product subcategory and geographic region.
