| Abstract |
A plan for administering water resource projects which can be implemented by the Pat Harrison Waterway District is delineated. The proposed administrative management plan is presented in terms of activities concerning subsystems within the organization. The Authority Administrative, Operational and Functional Administrative and Project Administrative Subsystems are utilized in designing the plan. The Authority Administrative Subsystem is comprised solely of the Board of Directors which holds the ultimate responsibility for accomplishment of the objectives of the District. (Author) |
