| Abstract |
The notice alerts pesticide registrants to a recently issued rule under the Clean Air Act (CAA) requiring a warning statement on products (including pesticide products) manufactured with or containing Class I ozone depleting substances, including chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs), methylchloroform and carbon tetrachloride. Products containing Class II hydrochlorofluorocarbons (HCFCs) and methyl bromide are not required to bear the statement at this time. |
