Abstract
The report presents the results of a survey conducted among the Regional Offices of the U. S. Environmental Protection Agency and other EPA users of the National Air Data Branch (NADB) systems. Included are recommendations for improving the current NADB systems to make them more responsive to users and detailed requirements for new programs are outlined. Costs for implementating each suggestion are estimated.
