This Draft Environmental Impact Statement addresses proposed wastewater facilities for northern Jefferson County, Kentucky. The Draft EIS preferred alternative proposes a limited regional wastewater management system that will relieve existing septic tanks and package plants in most of the study area. At the option of local authorities, this system could be expanded to serve future growth, but such expansion would not be eligible for federal funding under current laws.
