Abstract |
ORD developed a Pollution Prevention Research Strategy that elaborates on the directions in the strategic plan and provides a framework to guide investments in pollution prevention research and development over the next five years. The strategy contains four chapters: Chapter 1 sets the context; Chapter 2 outlines a strategic pollution prevention rationale; Chapter 3 describes four long-term goals and accompanying strategic objectives to be addressed and includes activities to be pursued as part of the research strategy; and Chapter 4 describes the implementation approach for the goals and objectives presented in Chapter 3. |
