| Abstract | The Implementation Plan discusses national air and radiation priorities, the strategies and activities that must be implemented in FY98 to address them, expected outcomes, and performance measures that will be used to assess progress. The Revised Edition discusses FY98 implementation issues in more detail than the December 1996 edition (particularly with regard to the proposed PM(Fine) and ozone NAAQS), and includes a new section on implementation of the Clean Air Act in Indian country. Sections of the plan dealing with other program areas have also been revised. |
