| Abstract |
Standards of performance for the control of emissions from nonmetallic mineral processing plants are being proposed under the authority of Section III of the Clean Air Act. These standards would apply to new, modified, or reconstructed facilities at any nonmetallic mineral processing plant including crushers, grinding mills, screens, bucket elevators, conveyor belt transfer points, bagging operations, storage bins, and enclosed truck and railcar loading stations. This document contains background information and environmental and economic impact assessments, as proposed under 40 CFR Part 60, Subpart 000. |
