Abstract
Discarded printing ink is collected, purified, and reused as black printing ink. Waste ink produced from the printing process and from color changes is collected in an accumulation vessel, passes through four filters, the last of which removes particles down to 25 micron. The purified ink is then mixed with new printing ink for reuse in newspaper production.
