Abstract
The information listed in this report was produced by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Compliance Data System (CDS) which is operated and maintained by the Agency's regional offices and the Office of Enforcement in headquarters. The facilities listed do not represent a complete listing of all facilities subject to Federally-approved or promulgated air pollution regulations but do represent a reasonably complete listing of large sources identified to date by the States and EPA. There are three parts to this listing: Major air pollution facilities subject to state implementation plan (SIP) requirements; Air pollution facilities subject to Federal new source performance standards (NSPS); and, air pollution facilities subject to Federal hazardous pollutant emission requirements (NESHAPS).
