Abstract
This document provides the data and rationale used to develop the effluent limitations and standards for the Copper Forming point source category. The manufacturing processes included in the Copper Forming category are described as are the treatment and in-process control forming wastewaters. Data characterizing the chemical nature and flow of Copper Forming wastewater are presented. These data form the basis of the limitations and standards.
