| Abstract | This is the final report on a project to design, develops and test an information transfer system to support energy-environment policy making and implementation decisions in Region VIII by Federal, State and local officials, and to serve the information needs on energy-environment issues of state agencies, legislatures, 208 planning agencies, Indian reservations, energy-impacted communities, and other user groups. The report contains an analysis of user needs; definition of system functions; description of system operations, storage media and organizational arrangement; steps and costs projected for implementation; monitoring and accounting procedures; and results of the system test. |
