Abstract
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) received a total of 29 letters commenting on the proposed standards and the background information document (BID) for the proposed standards. Four of these letters were received after the close of the public comment period, but were still considered. A public hearing was not requested, and therefore, a public hearing was not held. Each letter or comment has a separate comment number.
