Abstract
The purpose of this report is provide the final report for closing a grant between the Southwest Florida Regional Planning Council (on behalf of the Charlotte Harbor National Estuary Program) and the Environmental Protection Agency. The contract for the grant is numbered CE994895- 96. Through the use of amendments, the single contract has served for seven fiscal years and from the inception of the Charlotte Harbor National Estuary Program (CHNEP). This report will outline funding, use of funding, CHNEP accomplishments, CHNEP projects, and compliance with grant requirements (travel, atmospheric deposition, use of MBE/WBE) for the seven-year period from fiscal year 1995/96 through 2001/02. Information presented here will be as of September 30, 2002.
