| Abstract |
The National Emissions Data System (NEDS) is an automated data processing system used by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency for storage of data on sources of air pollution. NEDS is a part of the comprehensive Aerometric and Emissions Reporting System (AEROS). The Booklet describes the NEDS System for an individual who is unfamiliar with NEDS. The information booklet includes, an overview of the data contained in NEDS, an explanation of available air emissions publications, a description of procedures for requesting data, and a description and example of the most important computerized reports. |
