| Abstract |
The Memorandum of Understanding sets forth the procedures by which EPA and NOAA will jointly carry out their notification and coordination responsibilities with respect to natural resources affected by a release at a hazardous substance site, as specified in sections 104 and 122 of CERCLA. |
