Abstract
Single doses of INW-9611 (62.5% active ingredients) were administered by intragastric intubation to fasted male and female rats. The LD50 for male and female rats was 3300 mg/kg of body weight. Clinical signs of toxicity were observed in lethally and nonlethally dosed animals. Deaths occurred within 10 days of dosing. Gross pathological examinations of rats revealed no specific organ toxicity. This material is considered to be slightly toxic (LD50 between 500 and 5000 mg/kg) when administered as a single oral dose.
