| Abstract |
The publication summarizes the 'Comprehensive Water Pollution Control Program for the Rainy River Basin' of the Minnesota State Water pollution control agency. The program is sound and gives full consideration to the several present uses and to the reasonably anticipated future uses of the waters of the basin. It provides an equitable balance in the pollution control requirements for various private and public groups concerned. |
