This report is the second update to the compilation of aviation weather programs and projects by the Office of the Federal Coordinator for Meteorological Services and Supporting Research (OFCM). The first compilation was released in April 2001 as the National Aviation Weather Initiatives Final Baseline Tier 3/4 Report, with a first update released in December 2003 (OFCM 2001, 2003a). |
