| Abstract |
The purpose of the Proposed Development Document for Metal Finishing is to present the findings of the EPA wastewater study of the Metal Finishing Point Source Category. The document (1) explains which processes in the industry are regulated; (2) discusses the generation of wastewater pollutants in metal finishing; and (3) explains how the actual limitations were developed. |
