Abstract
The report is on the conference on pollution of the interstate waters of the Mahoning River and its tributaries involving the states of Ohio and Pennsylvania for 1965. The purpose of the conference is to bring together the state and interstate water pollution control agencies, representatives of the Department of Health, Education, and Welfare, and other interested parties to review the existing situation, to appraise the progress which has been made, to lay basis for future action, and to give the states, localities, and industries an opportunity to take any remedial action which-may be indicated under state and local law.
