| Abstract |
The development of industrial, agricultural and household chemicals has reached extensive proportions. Many of these chemicals are highly toxic and are chemically complicated. Since the effects of toxicity are largely biological, it is natural to turn to bioassay as a means of measuring these effects. A major objective of the symposium is to stimulate the use of bioassay and encourage its further development. |
