| Abstract |
Conferees explored and proposed means for overcoming obstacles envisioned by water supply engineers that prevent or assign low priority to solutions to crises in municipal water supplies. Primary objective of the conference was to decide if a broader and more intense study by the NRC was warrented. Second objective was to provide guidance on the state of research needs, development and technology transfer needs regarding municipal water supplies. Speaker's presentations and a summary of the general discussion is included in these proceedings. |
