| Abstract |
This project was designed to provide initial guidance for the development of work plans pursuant to Section 208 of PL 92-500. Three areas are discussed. The first is problem assessment for pollution from urban stormwater runoff. The second area covered discusses means to control pollution, and the third area deals with the legal, institutional, and financial aspects of controlling urban stormwater runoff for pollution abatement. The report of the two seminars includes transcribed tapes of question and answer periods which were held after each of the three areas were discussed. Included is a bibliography on institutional arrangements. |
