Abstract
Pursuant to the Clean Water Act (CWA), the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is promulgating effluent limitations guidelines and standards (ELGs) for the MPP Point Source Category (40 CFR Part 432). The ELGs for the final rule apply to existing and new MPP facilities that are direct dischargers. Direct discharging facilities are those that directly release wastewater to surface waters of the United States (e.g., lakes, rivers, oceans). This document contains aggregated daily data for proposed pollutants and subcategories.
