Abstract |
National emission standards for the control of HAP emissions from surface coating operations at shipbuilding and ship repair facilities are being proposed under the authority of Section 112 of the Clean Air Act. This document contains background information and environmental and economic impact assessments of the regulatory alternatives (including MACT) considered in developing the proposed standards. |
