The paper is intended as a guide to be used by those charged with evaluating solid waste systems and as a report on the present 'state-of-the-art' of engineering-management studies of such systems. The forms and checklists given here are only suggestions as to the types of data that must be collected and evaluated. They are not intended to replace good judgment but only as an aid in its application to the study of solid waste systems. |
