| Abstract |
The progress of an economic study of the Gondard Processing of milling solid wastes as a means of reducing volume for the purpose of extending the life of a landfill is provided. A chronological review of major project events including construction and start of the mill and collection and milling of combined refuse is given. Problems, corrections, and areas of further study are evaluated. |
