Abstract | This Federal Register action announces the EPA's final decisions on the rule and promulgates the NESHAP for aerospace manufacturing and rework facilities. The HAP listed in Section 112(b)(1) emitted by aerospace facilities that would be covered by this final rule include, chromium, cadmium, methylene chloride, toluene, xylene, methyl ethyl ketone, ethylene glycol and glycol ethers. |
