Abstract
The Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) program is a significant tool available to states to fund high-priority infrastructure projects and state and local activities needed to ensure the provision of safe and affordable drinking water. The DWSRF program is well on its way toward meeting the goal of helping to ensure that permanent institutions exist in each state to provide financial support for drinking water needs for many years to come.
