Abstract
The purpose of this Sampling and Analysis Plan (SAP) is to standardize Omaha Lead Site (OLS) excavation and post excavation sampling activities. The sample collection and analysis methods described in the Field Sampling Plan (FSP) and Quality Assurance Project Plan (QAPP) have been successfully implemented at other lead removal sites (in accordance with the EPA Superfund Lead-Contaminated Residential Sites Handbook finalized in August 2003) or are an industry standard. This SAP addresses only soil lead contamination; lead paint and lead in interior dust from impacted residences is beyond the purview of this document.
