| Abstract |
The manual is designed to be used as part of an overall inspector training course or as a stand alone training on field citation techniques. It contains a basic outline for the material to be covered in the course, specific instructions for class activities which will reinforce the training concepts and encourage class participation, hard copies of hand-outs for the class, and suggestions for program-specific materials that could be developed at the state or local level. |
