Abstract
The paper discusses some sampling and analytical issues involve with small environmental chamber testing of wet sources. Tests measuring emissions from latex paints and alkyd-based paints will be used to illustrate these issues. Sampling issues are discussed, such as the selection of sampling methods, preparation of sorbents, and sampling frequency and size. Analytical issues described include the choice of instrumentation and detectors for different types of compounds.
